More time allowed for compliance with regulatory change

Mon, 22/03/2010

On 11 February, the Government announced an extension to the transition period for implementing the Consumer Credit Directive (CCD), which will now run from June 2010 to January 2011.

The move follows intensive lobbying of the Government by the FLA in light of the continued delay in publishing the final regulations which are now currently expected before the end of March.
