The application is linked to the customers chosen quote and includes validation tools to validate addresses and bank details as required.
A range of application forms are available from simple enquiry forms to a full finance application. In addition to our pre-built forms there is the capability to add bespoke fields to gather further information which you may specifically require.
A section for your own Data Protection Act and Distance Marketing Directive clauses is made available as well as information on the use of the data.
An email alert mechanism is triggered on proposal submission to specified stakeholders. The content of this can be adapted to meet your requirements for example, customers rights to cancel, next steps or a call to action.
Once completed, the application can be submitted to either the retailer or direct to the chosen finance provider via the Joinware hub.
